What inspired the creation of Taltrics?

Alex: Andy was on the R&D end; I was on the corporate end. We saw both sides and the pain associated with planning business operations at scale across the entire organization. In any area of a business, they have to achieve a set of business goals—whether that’s being successful with the clinical trials, the research projects, filling jobs, or taking the product to market.
