We are excited to announce that Pamela Mardo has joined Reef.ai as Head of Growth!
Pamela was instrumental in the Reef origin story and she guided our team as we experienced the revenue impact of advanced customer scoring at MuleSoft. We also experienced how challenging, time-consuming, and expensive it could be. Simplifying and productizing the Data -> ML -> Workflow -> ROI journey is Reef’s mission and there is nobody better equipped to help us do that than Pamela.
MuleSoft was an amazing ride and Greg Schott often spoke about how great it would be to get the band back together. Instead of a single band, former Muley’s are creating many “bands” across the startup landscape. I’m thrilled to bring Pamela into the fold to help recreate some of the magic we experienced at MuleSoft.
Pamela has lived the Reef value journey and she will be a phenomenal sponsor and guide for customers and prospects as they utilize AI-driven customer scoring to improve their revenue outcomes.

We’re continuing to level-up the ways we can bring value to our customers by helping them to focus on the *right* customers at the *right* time with the *right* playbooks. John is joining Reef.ai to help drive the strategy and implementation behind those initiatives. His rich background across all forms of Data Science and Applied Mathematics is a big win for our team and his recent experience has him hitting the ground running.
